Every game I search for on the online database for SNES PAL has a 0 Rarity, while the US counterparts are not. Does the database not cover PAL/SNES correctly?

I believe that the Pal list is complete, but it is difficult to acertain an actual rarity on things. If hydr0x comes around, he can tell you more.
