has anyone ordered from this company before, I placed an order of more than $300 with them over a month ago and they still have not shipped it out, my emails to them seem to go ignored, they refuse to give me a status on why my order has been delayed so long, I was just wondering if any of my fellow gamers have had the same experience with this company >:(
