I'd post this on their support forum, but you have to be registered for five days before you can post anything. (WTF?)
Anyway, I was using this find on a WinXP box, but it's crash city on Vista. I can't even get past the file analyzing. I've installed the latest version, installed ffdshow, uninstalled other codec packs, enabled 3.0 .NET framework. That's everything I can think of and still no go.
Any clues?
