As I've gone into collecting the TG-16 stuff, I run into problems with which game came with outer cardboard boxes....for the most part this is what I've come up with...
TG- Hu Cards----all have outer cardboard
TG-16 CD--------All have cardboard(not sure here, any help is appreciated?)
TG Duo games-----some have cardboard, Working designs game like Vastell/exile 2 have the slip overs with the gold embossed lettering...other games , maybe cotton, lords of thunder don't have card board boxes
I know their has to be some TG collecteors on this board that knows more about this than me... I'd like to know the list of games that DIDN't come with outer cardboard boxes, or had other outer cartons similar to the working designs duo games. Thanks

ah, that is correct, I forgot about that, it was a pack in game....that brings up another question....the turbo duo pack-in, did that have a cover, or was it just a disc in a cd jewel?

Lords of Thunder...no box. Same with most of the later Duo releases. Only the earliest ones have boxes. Off the top of my head:
Lords of Thunder (no box)
Dungeon Explorer 2 (no box)
Exile (box)
Cosmic Fantasy 2 (box)
Exile: WP (sleeve)
Vasteel (sleeve)
Dynastic Hero (no box)
Beyond Shadowgate (no box)
Y's 1 & 2 (box and map)
Y's 3 (box)
Buster Bros. (no box)
Dragon Slayer (no box)
Dungeon Master (no box)
Monster Lair (no box)
Shadow of the Beast (no box)
Splash Lake (no box)
Terraforming (no box)
Super Air Zonk (no box)
Valis 2 (box)
Valis 3 (box)
I'm pretty sure on all of those. Not a lot of the CD games came with boxes, unlike the huCards. The ONLY two games with slipcase sleeves were the two WD releases, Exile: WP and Vasteel. All other WD releases came in normal boxes like TG16 huCards. Hope that helps!
Oh..and NO import TG16/Duo games came with boxes. It was a US only thing. The only ones that did were ones that came with pack-in stuff, like the VHS tape with 3X3 Eyes and there was a special version of one of hte Koei strategy games that came with a big box, but I forget the title.
