ok i am fixing a friends xbox because hes to afraid to take things apart. it keeps asking to inset an xbox disc even when you put one in, i have been using my copy of SneakKing from BK but other dont work aswell.
i am thinking the pots need to be adjusted which i know is most of the time only temporary before it up and dies but i cant find them.
it spins up fine but the laser keeps focusing and it wont go.
the drive is a SDG-605 and i guess the xbox part number is X00603-006
if some one can tell me where the pot is or if it has one thatd be cool.
