Anybody know what a CDA Electronic cabinet would be for?

I am thinking about purchasing a Double Dragon cab. But it is a conversion. The cabinet says CDA Electronic on the side, and the control panel has a control button in the center. I was wondering if anyone knows what would have been in the cabinet originally?
