Are any NES titles NOT available in their own box?

Don't think this has been posted before.

Are there any NES titles that were available only as pack-ins, and are not available in their own standard box?

I had heard that Super Mario Bros./Duck Hunt was not, but some confirmation and clarification would be welcome.

Titles that come to mind:

Superspike V'Ball/Nintendo World Cup
Super Mario Bros./Duck Hunt
Super Mario Bros./Duck Hunt/World Class Track Meet
World Class Track Meet

I only ask this because it would useful to know - since I am trying to complete every NES title.

SMB/Duck Hunt
SMB/Duck Hunt/WCTM

Do not have their own boxes. I know that SMB/Duck Hunt has its own manual but I am no sure about the other one.

All of them were pack in's.I think 1 or 2 of them were sold in regular packaging and was later used in bundles.
