Well this will be a major land marl for me since it will be my first system to have 100 games for it and i want to make sure I make a wise choice. If I buy rarer title I dont want to spend over $30 at most, I also want something thats actually enjoyable to play. Odd game premises are more than welcome as nomination.
heres what i own (http://www.rfgeneration.com/cgi-bin/collection.pl?name=djbeatmongrel&action=&results=&folder=Collection&console=%7C005%7C&type=)
And these are some of my favorite games:
Cosmic Ark (the best ever)
Galaxian
Breakout
Super Breakout
River Raid
Ms. Pac Man
Space Invaders
Frostbite
thanks in advance

I'd say try Beamrider. Great game... although... it has eluded me since I've started collecting. I once owned the Colecovision version... but them got rid of it.

Combat. No 2600 collection is complete without at least a half-dozen copies of it. :D

Marine Wars (http://www.abscape.org/legeek/r_marinewars.htm) is a fun "3-D" take on Air Sea Battle.
But you really can't go wrong with H.E.R.O.
Cheers,

Get a Starpath Supercharger with it's pack-in game, Phaser Patrol. Then you can later pick up some of the awesome games made for it, like Communist Mutants from Space, Dragonstomper, Escape From The Mindmaster, Survival Island, Suicide Mission, or The Official Frogger.

Get like 50 of them and make a lamp out of them. Or a chair.

"This Planet Sucks" - probably my most favorite homebrewed game. Great fun.

I recommend either Space Jockey, Trick Shot (if you like playing pool) or Demon Attack ('cause it's better than Phoenix. ;) ).
I was going to suggest Towering Inferno, but you already have it. Great game.

Speaking of getting 100 games for a system, I did that yesterday. I received 3 games for my GameCube and now have exactly 100 for that system.
i like Strawberry Shortcake too

If you like Pengo, try the 2600 version...one of the best arcade conversions on the system.
