Long story short... I bought this as a "non-working" PS2 at a flea market a few weeks ago, and finally had a chance to take a good look at it today. It kept giving me DREs, so I opened it up to find that it was extremely dusty. I blew as much of that out as I could and calibrated laser thingy so that it now (as far as I know) will read both CDs and DVDs. There is one more problem, however: the disc tray seems to have some trouble with getting caught on something when opened. For the most part, however, this isn't an issue: so long as you watch it when you open/close it, it works fine.
The outside of the case has 1 large scratch on it--pictures available upon request (just send me your email).
Comes with RCA cables, AC cable, 1 working black controller, 1 partially-functioning translucent gray controller, and I'll throw in some demoes I have lying around.
