did this game ever come seperate from the virtual boy? i have the japanese version of the game, but i want the american version boxed.
anyone know where to find one if it actually came with one?

Rental stores (like Blockbuster) were the only ones to get boxes I believe. They do exist, and pop up on eBay from time to time.

A guy posted one that he found here about a month ago and put it up for sale in the Buying/Selling forum. IIRC, he never sold it either. Might want to look into it if you are looking for one.
