Do I have to get rid of any enchant souls to make room for others, or is it just the other two that I have to change inventory?

You shouldn't have to get rid of any souls. You should be able to "collect 'em all!" :)

You don't have to get rid of any souls. You can get up to nine of each.

Are you guys sure about that for ds dwan of sorrow? That girl makes weapons with souls and ask if I want to also release souls too. It seemed liked I couldn't get certain souls no matter how many times I killed them until I released some.

I'm level 98 with just about 9 souls for each one, so yeah I'm pretty sure about this. :) Some of them can be a total pain to get and you might have to kill the same creature 100's of x's before they drop one. It helps if you equip the Soul Eater Ring, Three 7's and the Ghost Dancer soul fully leveled up.
