Took some photos of the current Cube setup how it's looking in the new room and I can actually have them out on shelves. Shame the window light causes a fair amount of glare. Each photo is actually two stuck together vertically... these things almost reach the ceiling LOL

Space at the top next to Mario DDR for the remaining game still with QoF which is MC Groovz. And now onwards to get the 40 odd titles I still need...

(which will go where the chainsaw and Zelda thingy are)

Nice! That's one of the best examples of organizing that I've seen...I'm guessing that the adjustable shelving makes this possible.

Thanks for all the comments... it's almost there in terms of completeness. Took me almost two hours to put them on there in the right alphabetical order LOL

Yeah just the way the room is orientated. Even with the blinds down and closed, enough light seems to come in to disrupt proceedings. Maybe I'll try another set of pics later in a day and the sun is starting to go down...

Want some gamecube shelf lining from hollywood video? Pretty sure I still have some around.

Awesome collection. How many games come in the thick outer cardboard boxes anyway?

As an aside, here's a pic of the Vectrex stuff I have too...

@Cryomancer - I believe I've got all the cardbound outer box releases: Batman Rise of Sin Zsu, Karoake Rev, Mario Party 6 and 7, Four Swords, Odama and Pokemon Box. I bought most of them new to guarentee I'd get the box as well. I think the only game I've seen discounted/second hand still with the outer box is Four Swords.

The Gamestop RE4 is on the bottom shelf next to the Donkey Kongas. Along with True Crime (the original) which I obtained strangely stored inside a limited edition tin that I think was released with the game here in the UK, and the Collector's Edition of Robotech Battlecry.

@Gepeto - got it from Amazon Japan via someone shipping it to me.

All the Interactive Kiosk discs (which came with either white or black sleeves) aside from #25 (watching for it to appear) and #35 (currently in the mail), and the Service Disk v1.0/0.3, almost all acquired from Bjeong here on DP. Next to them are the US demo/promo discs (RE4 demo, Pokemon Colleseum bonus etc), and on the end the few PAL titles I have.

I am a Gamecube collector as well, slowed down a bit due to changing jobs and such.

I do have to say I'm impressed and I can't wait to have a place to show off my cube collection. I have a Gamecube kiosk with a Panasonic Q in it that will look great in between shelves of that height.

Good luck on the remaining 40.

Definetly agree on the buy em to make sure you get the box part. I did the same with the ones I've got. Need to pick em all up (and the xbox ones too) sometime soon or it's gonna be impossible.

wow...thats pretty awesome. And I had no idea there was a keyboard controller for the cube. That thing looks nuts.

Yeah it was released by ASCII especially for PSO. Pity Animal Crossing couldn't use it, would have made life a lot easier typing stuff out. I believe there's at least another model out there, can't remember who from though offhand.

Actually as I type, it popped into my head LOL

It was released by Sammy for the same function, you can see a pic here (having looked it up):

I also have a couple of the Soul Calibur II arcade sticks but they still get use in MAME. Perhaps I should put the boxes on display at least too ;)

Looks like my zelda shield I sold you made it there alright and I wish I had room for a set up like that to display games where I live...damn apartment.

Why did some of those come in outer boxes anyways? What else did you get with them? I know that Odama and one of the Mario Party's you got a Microphone, but the others are foreign to me.

Zelda 4 Swords, Pokemon Box had a link cable.
Batman: Rise of Sin Tzu had a lithograph.
Karaoke Revolution had a mic.

The curious thing is there, Final Fantasy CC came in a bigger box with a link cable in Europe and Japan, but in the US was just sold on its own. Most bizarre. Sisko's on the money for the ones which did get bundled with something.

On the bottom shelf of the second picture, there's a load of stuff there you can't really see cos it's piled together. Maybe I'll lay that out to take a proper pic one day. Demos from Europe and Japan, stuff from Club Nintendo, Metroid Prime Cube decal plate, soundtracks (XIII, Baten Kaitos, Chaos Field etc), the signed Miyamoto Zelda bonus disk, Killer 7 bonus card, some NR discs, Zelda TP postcards and the e-Reader cards. Hmm the Animal Crossing cards are missing from there... must find them. And put the e-Reader in.

When you bought FF:CC in the US, you got a link cable as well, but this was a limited time only, while supplies last kind of deal. The cable was identical to the standalone link cable, but had a FF:CC sticker slapped on the front of it.

If you look around, you can probably still find one sitting in a store.

No idea... just continuing the ever harder quest to finish my C64 and Vic20 cartridge sets I guess. Mission really-bloody-impossible there...
