Paypal will deduct $25 'processing' cost from my claim??

I hate Paypal more each day. I paid 25 Euros for some games that never arrived, and the seller has been less that forthcoming about the situation, consistently refusing to answer when I ask him when they were actually posted.

So today I selected to escalate my dispute to a claim ... and Paypal say that they will deduct $25 "processing" fee from any amount that they recover. What a scam!! :X

So basically, I will get nothing back at all. From now on, I will be making absolutely no payments at all from Paypal balance, it will all be credit-card funded. That way at least I can get the full amount back from my cc company.

That is horrible. More and more I am hearing worse and worse things. If it's not a bad seller it's a bad service from a pay service. Sorry to hear the troubles.

That scam has been like that since forever. What really sucks is 30-50 auctions are a waste. Even if you pay for insurance. I tell you double dipping. I believe service fees should cover this.
