i just got dragon warrior for the nes and started playing it for the first time. It is great but i can't seem to find any keys. where are they all at?

They're sold at a shop in Rimildar. It's kinda sorta secret. When you enter the town there's a river with a bridge. Instead of crossing the bridge walk along the outside of the river around to the upper left corner. There's another bridge there with a shop. They sell magic keys.

Yeah, what Daria said. When you are in Rimuldar, make sure you hang as close to the town/building as possible. If you move just one square off of the path, you will exit the town.

How far are you? Rimuldar is the only place I know of that you can buy keys, before reaching Cantlin. The easiest way to get more keys is right inside of Tantegel Castle. They are really expensive, though, compared to Rimuldar. Plus you need at least one key to unlock the door in Tantegel to get to the key shop inside of the castle.

This web site will be useful if you are playing DW for the first time. It contains some cheats and spoilers, though, so try to avoid looking at it too much.
