here's a little info on this one:

Anyway, aside from being a Sega soudtrack album, it's also a Japanese Mega CD game. Basically, just Teddy Boy (a really good version of the game) that lets you play the game with any of the songs from the cd as BG music.
This should probably be in the database somewhere, as it is a Sega CD game of sorts.
