Sega CD/Mega CD Promo?

Hi this is my first time making a new thread.

I bought this Sega/Mega CD Disc awhile ago. I dont know much about it but i think maybe it was intended for a magazine to review but not sure and wondered if anybody else has an option on it. It does contain the full game.

"This demo has no official Sega logos or markings, and from the text on it appears to be a pre-release sample, possibly sent out for review or preview purposes. Although Matt hasn't played all the way through, it does seem to contain the full game. The disc is pressed, not burned, with a properly printed label."

Hi yeah i was in contact with the author of the above web page regarding the disc and i just wondered if anybody here had any thoughts.
