So I've been collecting arcade flyers on and off for the past year or so. Ideally I'd love to own a few cabs one day -- but this seems like a relatively cheap, space-conscious way to relive my arcade youth. Plus as a graphic designer they're a good source of inspiration.

Up to this now I've been going the eBay route, but I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions for alternate sources? Especially for Japanese flyers, you rarely seen them on eBay.

Yep, they're a great resource for looking -- but not for buying.

I remember going into a major local arcade operator's warehouse (circa 1994) and clearing out a whole bunch of old marquees that he had. While I was there I saw numerous file cabinets full of flyers and Replay magazines....I can't help wonder what happened to them as they might be worth a small fortune these days (I hope they weren't thrown out!)

GiilianSeed: I have a crapload of weeklies from this one newsletter/operator thing down in Japan. I can't remember the name of it, but I have tons of them that I have not gone through, all from the same magazine/newspaper.

I have a few of these. As they're double sided, is there a good way to display them?
