The seller even left positive feedback.
Every one of those games is loose, and the rarest Hucards aren't even in there!

I'd value that lot at MAYBE 10 bucks a card (44 cards = $440) and that might even be a stretch.
Am I missing something?

yeah looks a little high to me. Turbo grafx stuff is pricey but not that pricey. It doesn't even have any of the $20-25 cards, or magical chase or anything.

If the buyer is happy, then what is the problem? What he (or she) doesn't know won't hurt them.

When I sell stuff, if the item goes for a great deal more than it reasonably should, I usually upgrade shipping to the next fastest method or throw in a free gift or two. That is just me.

I wasn't saying there's anything wrong with overpaying for something and I think we all like it when people do it on our own auctions. I think this one was just an uncommon example of a pretty extreme overbid. So much so that you had to check twice to see if there was something in the list that would have made more sense to sell that high.

Yeah, that price is VERY unusual, but it happens from time to time. Just like when a random cart-only Mario/Duck Hunt sells for $8+ instead of a penny.
