OK I missed the whole SNES/Genesis era. Now I want to check out the classic games from those consoles but I don't know where to start. Can you guys make me a top 50 list of the must play games from the Genesis and SNES? It will be really helpful :)

Check the CLASSIC DISCUSSION forums here on DP. There are many lists for the top games of several systems!

Eh, looks like the Classic Discussion forum has been cleaned up quite a bit and the top SNES and Genesis threads have been archived. Maybe a mod can pull them back up to the public, otherwise a search will do a trick. :)
