I recently got into playing this game again via Capcom Classics 2 on the PS2. I was wondering if there were ever any sequels made or if anyone can recommend a similar game? Thanks.

I don't know of any sequels, but I've heard an Famicom/NES version was being developed by Capcom back in the day and then was scrapped. Sad.

It's a fun little game for what it is.

A sequel was never made, im glad it was finally ported over. I actually have an old game magazine that shows a screenshot of this game as a nes version. I guess it must have gotten axed. Those were the glory days of romstar.

Romstar? What did they have to do with it, besides licensing it and distributing it in the U.S. (like they did with every other game they released)?

I say glory days because those were the days that actually helped them make them a household name as a distribution company. They had an impresive line up of games which of course they plastered thier name all over the game marquee's. At least they distributed some of the best Alpha Denshi classics.
