what is this exactly? the game with what converter? no rob im sure. Thanks

The older Gyromite and a few other carts had a converter inside the cart that allowed Japanese region chips to play in the American NES. You can open the cart and remove this converter and use it to play Japanese(Famicom) games on your NES.
