The buyer of this wouldn't actually be able to play the Xbox Live Arcade games would they? I thought that these were tied to your gamer tag which I didn't think was transferable.

I verified this before I listed. Deleted my profile completely (gamertag and all) and it STILL allows the arcade games to be played. SO, apparently the games are tied to the units motherboard itself, not your gamertag. Makes sense. What if you changed your gamertag? You would have to redownload all the games? Hell no :)
Rest assured, they all work just fine :) Might be a good idea to grab a Datel Xport and back up the HD if you win this however, because if you ever format the drive there will be no way to re-download the games (since I purchased them with my Gamertag). The Xport (I think that is what it is called) allows you to hook the Xbox HD to the PC and back all of these games up.

I would also like to add that I ordered Ridge Racer 6 for the Xbox 360 awhile back from Walmart, and the case came in broken. So, I sent it back for replacement. It should be coming sometime soon, and when it does I will ship it to any DP member that wins this auction :) I'm not going to need it anyway. So, there's yet another game to add to the list.
