I been stuck at 75% for like 2 months now. At the demon guest house I head East then climb up some shandileers. I kill the clown and jump up two ledges and it's blocked off at the top. I can't blow it up nor do I see a switch to activate the blockage of going up to the next floor.
How do I enter the next level?

You open that from a Switch above it.
You can enter it from the other side of the demon guest area or you can enter from the Pinnacle as well.
To access the west side of the demon guest house you will need to do the sliding puzzle.
It has been a while since a beat the game, but if you have any more questions just ask.

Did you defeat the puppet master there? I found this guide very useful when it came to the number puzzle.
