Road Rash (II) on SNES?

I distinctly remember renting Road Rash II and playing it on my SNES back in the day (late '92 - early '93). However, I can't find any reference online that this game exists on the SNES. I have a vivid memory of it because the game was rather disappointing. Does anyone else remember playing Road Rash II on the SNES or does anyone have any information on the game?

Definitely no Road Rash on the Super here in the US. There have been some oddball versions on the Master System and Game Boy, but never on the SNES unless it was some oddball bootleg you somehow got your hands on.

I remember reading something about a SNES Road Rash in a GamePro back in the day.. I was excited, because I didn't have a Genesis at the time. However, I'm pretty sure nothing ever came out of it. Sorry!

I have personally seen a road rash cart for snes, I didnt pick it becasue i already had it for genesis.

Road Rash came out for the Gameboy, maybe someone played it on a Super Gameboy?

From the info I could find, the version of Road Rash that was being made for the SNES was a version of Road Rash 3D which came out for the Playstation and other systems. There was never a version of Road Rash II being planned.

Road Rash 3D came out for Playstation (and nothing else) in 1998. There is simply no way it was ever planned for SNES. You're probably thinking of Road Rash for 3DO (later released for Playstation, Saturn, and PC). No idea how that game (or any Road Rash, for that matter) would've worked on SNES though. I doubt Road Rash could've been done on SNES without some major changes.

Yeah, that's the one. I really didn't search too long so I just went with Wikipedia, I'll quote it below. I didn't know there were 2 different games made for the Playstation, I thought it was a port of the 3DO version renamed for the Playstation, as the entry I read was a bit confusing.
