So this guy (mokochop17; he has, NOW -1 feedback) buys Super Smash Bros. for the N64 off me. He supplies me with shipping address, and the next day, I send it out. Week later, he sends me a message saying "If I don't receive game by the end of next week, I want to cancel my order"; I reply, "I shipped the game out as soon as possible after payment was received, it should be arriving any day".
Hour later, I go check my mail box, and boom, there's the game. A big stamp on it with "Insufficient address" is checked. I look at the address paypal gave me (it was confirmed), and just assume that I made a mistake while writing the address down. So I sit down and write the address down EXACTLY as it's displayed and ship it out AGAIN, tomorrow morning. Well, yesterday I got the game in the mail AGAIN, with "Insufficient address" on the new package. I refund the item because he said he wanted his money back if he hadn't received the item by this weekend. I refund the item plus half the shipping since I had to ship it out twice(it cost me twice the shipping to send it out twice, so I lost money on this transaction)
Then just a bit ago, he sends me a message saying I never shipped it out and he was pissed that I refunded his money, which is bull!@#$. I have both the receipt from the shipping AND the shipping envelope with "Insufficient address" on it. He's mad cause I did what he asked? Then he leaves me a neg. feedback. So I gave him a VERY happy feedback.
Whole point. Odds of me selling to someone with 0 feedback are now non-existent, all thanks to this guy.
