This game regularly goes for prices like this.
There's a bunch of PC games that demand a high price tag.

Uh, yeah, I noticed a lot of old games sell for lots of money. It's why I usually buy lots of stuff at the flea market. I've scored some good profits off of that. I always buy Ultima games just in case... but yeah, goddamn. :o
