Jeez - buyer ignores my emails and now he gives me TWO NEGS!

What the FUCK!

Some guy won some items from me last week, and I've been sending him messages asking if there was a problem with payment for the items in question (I usually ask after a few days, just in case they need more time.) And now I see that he gave me TWO NEGS for "poor comunication no emails from the seller beware buyers bad experince"! A few hours ago I requested the guy's phone number (through eBay) so I could call him tomorrow, and it was only after that that I got the negs. What can I do? The guy NEVER PAID, NEVER replied to my emails, and just plain ignored me. In fact, I was gonna file an unpaid item reminder tomorrow morning if nothing came of my call. :|

Can I dispute this feedback? I was thinking this was some prankster who only bought my items as an April Fool's prank... and now I'm pretty sure that's the case...

... Wait a sec. I looked up the phone number I got from eBay and noticed it was an area 760 number. Why is this important? Well, -my- area code is 760 (technically, but you know what I mean!) I Googled the number. It's a person from my hometown. Heck, this person's house is a short walk away from the border!

But eBay lists the buyer as being from New York.

... Uh. Should I be concerned?
