Someone probably reported you for excessive shipping. It's when you have $0.99 buy it now, and jack up the shipping price. So you make your money through shipping, and only pay a small ebay fee for the $0.99 buy it now.

Yeah, you can report anyone for anything using the generic "Report a Problem with Another Member" link. Constant needless, baseless reporting will get you a nasty email from ebay in return, though.
As for the "excessive" shipping, ebay has been cracking down on that recently, taking down a ton of people who aren't trying to circumvent fees. They pulled a bunch of my auctions in late 2006, even though my shipping is the same as every other seller who sells the same items.
I've noticed you can avoid them pulling your stuff if you don't specify exactly what shipping service you use in the shipping detail section. I say I ship via "Standard" method for all domestic/international orders in the shipping details, while saying in the item description that I ship via Priority Mail/USPS Airmail/whatever.
