Just wondering something:

Lots of sealed gamecube games have really messy shrinkwrapping, even those bought at best buy and circuit city, they almost look like reseals. others have the really neat shrinkwrapping with the folds etc. are some titles just wrapped poorly across the whole lot of that title or are these likely reseals? thanks for any help!

It just depends on the factory they came from. When Star Wars Rebel Strike came out, they looked like they had been ravaged by wolfs, and they were still in the 6-pak shrink. THey literally looked like they were in saran wrap, and that was straight from nintendo.

Wasn't there somebody on DP that tried to return KOF Maximum Impact (for PS2) at Target and ended up having the police called on them? Target thought the guy sealed the game himself. Apparently SNK used that shitty plastic wrap that looks fake. I know I read the story somewhere.

The Cube games I've gotten new have either had thicker plastic wrap folded at the top/bottom, or crummy thin wrap, bit like cellophane around the cases. Seems to be random as to which is which.

Every sealed Ubisoft game I've seen has the crappy thin wrap. It damages the game cases if it's left on too long.
