Hi Folks,
I wanted to give this program a shot, but I have no idea how to install it:

Can someone give me some direction on this? I guess you are supposed to use Lua something or other. I am using DarkAlex's 3.03 OE firmware, if that matters. I appreciate anyone's help!
I know this thread is probably dumb and the procedure is really simple, but I could not find instructions anywhere for it.

You need to make a game150 folder in your psp menu. un-rarify the download, take the folder and put it in the game 150 menu. Then just run it from your memory stick option in games in the xmb.
Just letting you know that I tried this program out and it sucks- the psp will dim the backlight and you wont be able to use it for more than 5 minutes or so without the screen going black. don't waste your time :)

Hmmm...I thought the idea was to let this run overnight...is there a way to make the PSP not do that dimming thing? Oh, and thanks very much, dude!

There might be a way, but I don't know how :-/
I remember another psp pixel fixer that was a video, you could loop it and let it run, but it didn't fix any of my pixels-
Also check to make sure your problem pixels aren't dust. I have 3 stuck pixels and 3 dust particles in my psp, the dust particles are the white things that reflect light and look bright.

Yeah, there are many other pixels fixers out there. Sounds like you just got a real lame one.
The one I tried (can't remember the name of it), I left on for about 4-5 hours and it didn't do a damn thing for either of my 2 dead/stuck pixels. Some people say that these apps work though, so it's worth a try.

So if no one gets these to work, how does one determine which ones are better than others? I heard this one was a better one due to its features.
