Here's a nice article on the supposedly 10 most influential Amiga games in Wired, if anyone is interested: http://www.wired.com/gaming/gamingreviews/multimedia/2007/04/gallery_amiga0411?slide=1&slideView=8

Agreed, everyone of those games was a classic, I can't think of one off the top of my head that's more worthy of a place on there.

Probably not a top ten, but back in the Amiga days I used to play Castles at a friend's house, I had hours of fun with that game. Turns out now he's moved out of state, and gave me everything he had....I've got tons of stuff to go through, I know the game's in there somewhere, looking forward to playing again.
project x maybe?
monkey island series?
kick off?
shufflepuck cafe?
lotus esprit?
just a thought - hell take a look at these as well (scroll down)

They've got something wrong though, Syndicate was released for MS-DOS first. Monkey Island would fall in that category too - it looks better on PC thanks to VGA, however, I think the music is a lot better in the Amiga version ^^
North & South!
Probably not a real classic, but the game we played the most often.

Remember that this is a top 10 influential game list, not top 10 of the greatest games :) Turrican was a great game serie, but dont think it had too much influence. It was pretty much straight forward, just run, jump and shoot like the other games in this genre.
Another World is also a great game! Amazing that its basicly made by only 1 one person. They re-released this game not too long ago as an anniversary package. Recommend people to check it out! :)
A nice list by the way.

Turrican was a C64 game at first from what I know, so technically it's correct to not appear on the list ;)
