JAMMA Horse racing game what is it called?

I was playing this horse racing game awhile back and it was really addicting. I can't remember the name. You don't actually race horses, you just place bets on them. This is a late 80's or 90's game. I was playing it on MAME so it can't be that new. I know for sure it is not for the neo geo. I really need to find the name of this game so I can hunt one down and buy it.

What were the graphics like ? There were a slough of horse betting games pumped out in the mid to late 90's that ran on Sega 's Medal hardware.

Their cut scenes should give them away easilly since they are pretty much Naomi quality.

There's 3 on the Neo and most people only know about Stakes Winner 1 and 2, the third is Jockey Grand PRix and all you do is bet.
