Anyone know what language accent fran uses in FF12? Or all viera for that matter. Is it a real accent or just improvised?

I consider myself VERY good with accents, and I couldn't place it at all, but was VERY taken by it. I like interesting languages, and that accent got me going pretty hard. If it's real, I'd love to know where from, if its not real.... a whole friggin case of kudo's chocolate and peanut butter to the person who did that voice over.
