Where do i buy New/Used/Broken arcade machines?

where can i buy an arcade machine on the internet any good sites i should check out?

i am looking for a broken/used cheap arcade machine for my NES arcade cabinet. preferably broken and under 200 $ dollars

Check your local Craigslist postings and do a regional search on eBay under Collectables -> Arcades within a comfortable driving distance.

If you live near any major US city I assure you that you'll have no problem finding a perfectly suitable cabinet in your price range.
