    Default My Street for Ps2....seriously...

This is a serious post. I'm just curious as to whether any of the DP members here happened to play this thing online...when the servers were up. Because, I'm just going out on a limb here, and am going to have to guess that they are down now, and have been for a while.

I am not 100% sure of it, but my guess is that they are indeed taken down. It wasn't exactly a big seller, if you know what I mean.

    Why do you ask?
RIP bargora, you will be greatly missed. That is how we do things on Giedion Prime.

I saw it mentioned in another thread (can't remember exactly which one) and I got all of these memories of that game sitting on store shelves, as well as the hilarious reviews on TechTv, game mags, etc.

I rented My Street when it was new and played it online for a bit. Even then there was hardly anyone playing online, so I doubt anyone is still playing it even if the servers are up.

Most of the min-games were really bad but there were a few good ones. The lawnmower racing one was my favorite. The way the lobby was set up was pretty cool too. Was some big suburban neighborhood that you and the other players could run around in. If you wanted to play a game with someone, you'd just go up to them and ask if they'd want to play a game. Had no mic support though, so you had to type the text in with this dial thingy that was a real pain in the ass to use.
