If nobody knew this before, their keyboards are interchangable. So, if you have a Vic 20 with broken/non working keys you can replace the keyboard with a C64 one (or vise versa) with no problem at all. Just open the machine (three screws on bottom) and unplug the old keyboard from the mainboard (one connector) unscrew the 8 screws if I remember correctly, remove it and replace it with the new one. This has become useful especially for me because I had a bad C64 keyboard and used a Vic keyboard to replace it in the past. Works perfectly.
