PSone Celebrity Deathmatch back cover anyone?

I recently bought a few Playstation games from a yard sale. Unfortunately they were all in a CD wallet.

I just want to put them in my little "museum" but would like to display them in jewel cases. I've been able to find front and back jewel case covers for all the games except Celebrity Deathmatch for Playstation. And I only need the back cover, preferably with the spine labels.

Anybody able to help me?
