I'm upgrading my phone and am parting ways with my QD. It comes in a Cingular/AT&T package but I unlocked it so it will work on T-Mobile as well (I've been using it with T-Mobile). Included is an unused Cingular SIM card so you can play the games (no active cell phone plan is needed to play games).
