What options are there to get from the airport in vegas to the Riviera hotel? Obviously, I won't have my car there.

your 3 options (aside from walking) are
Shuttle $5, cheap but takes FOREVER, unless you luck out and there aren't a lot of people/stops ahead of you.
Taxi $15 + tip, also can take a while. Not for the ride itself, but the line you have to wait in to get one. It looks like the Gemini at Cedar Point circa 1985
Limo $65 + tip, this was the option I went with last month when I was there, but there were two others besides me to split the cost. There was no waiting and we beat our shuttle taking buddies to the hotel by 90 minutes.
Obviously taking a limo for a 15 minute ride is unnecessary and excessive but hey, that's what Vegas is all about. And trust me, you'll find dumber things to spend money on while you're there.

I bet Tugger wants to hear a song off me new album!
I always like to take the shuttle to the hotel as:
1. it's cheap as hell...
2. I'm never in a hurry (I'm arriving Friday morning at 9 a.m.)...
3. I love meandering down the strip as they drop off others. It's like a free slow-immersion tour of Vegas to getcha in the mood.

Like Sniderman said, shuttles are the cheapest. They are constantly on the go from the hotels to the airport so there's always a good chance of snagging one.
Having been to Vegas half a dozen times now, I can tell you that the Taxi is the way to go if you're not aching to hang onto that extra 10 bucks.
They'll get you there quickest and generally have some great info for you about local spots to eat or hang out beyond what vegas.com has to offer.
What about getting from the Airport to the hotel? Is it the same deal? (For the shuttle)
