Default Printing out artwork on custom arcade sticks

Don't know if this is the right forum to post this, if it isn't- my apologies.

Anyway, I found some art online that I want to print out for one of my sticks I am making, though it would obviously be at Kinkos since my printer can't handle that fancy stuff. Is there a program where you can resize the art by so many inches to make it perfect for the stick when you print it out? I have the dimensions and such already.

Also, how much does it cost to print stuff at Kinkos? This thing is going to be approx. 11 1/4 inches X 6 1/4 inches

Also, read the other thread on here I was advised to read, and all I saw was pics of some guys arcade cab.

I suggest checking out Arcade Alley over in the Specialty Forums. I'm sure you're familiar with that sub-forum. Although there's less traffic you'll get more arcade pro responses than speculation ones in off-topic.

I'd also say go to the above website for those prints unless you get poster board at a store and hand-draw the whole thing.

In fact, let's move this thread to the Arcade alley so that experts there can help.

I made this a while back-

As far as a program to resize images, any good graphics program will do, the most popular being Photoshop. Though I use one called Picture Publisher... I imagine The GIMP will do as a free alternative, but I've never used it.

Make sure you take accurate measurements of the surface area, and where the button slots are. Create a template in your graphics program, and lay the art on top of it. Remember, you're concerned with image size in inches, not pixels. In general, you want something around 200 DPI. If it's just some art you found on a website or something, chances are it'll be way too small, and in general images look like shit when you scale them up. So, I hope the image you want to use is nice and big.

For printing, I used a local print shop... I forget the price per sheet, I think it was US$3.00 or $7.00... I hear Kinko's is pretty steep; if I were you I'd check the phone book for print shops and call for prices, which depend on size and paper grade.
