Default Problem with my Saturn & my LCD TV

I recently replaced my computer monitor with a 15" LCD TV/Monitor combo. The problem that I am having is this: When hooking up my Saturn using either the A/V inputs or the RF input, the display is messed up. It is shifted up and to the left and has garbage on the bottom and right. This also happens with my FC Twin system using the A/V inputs. The only way that I have been able to get the Saturn to work right with the TV is to run the A/V output through my DVD recorder and then into the A/V in of the TV. This works fine. The TV model is a Magnavox 15MF400T. Anyone else experience a problem like this?

Sounds like it is displaying 1:1 pixels.

You probably need to set the screen to "Fill" or "Full" or "Stretch" under the display properties so that it will fill the screen with the entire image.

I couldn't find any settings like that. I was wondering if somehow the video was out of spec since it works fine for my PS2 and my DVD recorder. I will keep looking.
