    Default Black Deamcast question

I have one of the black sports models of the Dreamcast. What I am wondering is if anyone knows of an easy way to remove the Sega Sports logo from the unit. Thanks.

Wouldn't acitone work? (assuming the plastic is black, and it's not painted black)

yes, that would kill the texture too, but it's about the only way, other than sand paper..

I was hoping for an easy fix, but I guess that's not going to happen.

I don't have a sports edition Dreamcast, and as such I don't know how the logo is printed on the chassis.

However, here are some instructions for removing provider logos from cellular phones using sugar. Perhaps this would work?

It's probably unlikely this approach could break anything, but I'm not responsible if something breaks.

Sometimes I use a color spray from games workshop (used to paint warhammmer miniatures) to paint the chassis. The finish is a matt color, so if you want it more shiny you can use a spray barnish. If you use it well the results are quite nice. Someone gave me a dreamcast wich was very scratched, I pulished it and then painted it.
