In all fairness I have seen a couple of stores unloading there live card for 39.99. Circuit city sells them 5x a year for 39.99. I also think that the points don't sell well and I can see alot of stores unloading them because they have been sitting to long.
As far as suspended accounts.
I have to chalk that up as folklore. I have never heard of someones account being suspended for using a live card sub or points claimed as stolen. I think they just say that to keep employees from going crazy.
To me there are just to many avenues to get cards and that is just to much policeing and opening up for a lawsuit. I walk in the 7/11 I see cards. Cards sold on Ebay. Also to admit that cards are being stolen means there is a breach in your store what else is stolen?
I am going to trust ig88vsbobafett and enjoy my cards. So far so good.
I bought a 12month+1 live card from someone here 2yrs ago for 30 and never had a problem and that was 20 below retail. Ms is good but that is finite accounting. Plus he has been selling point cards on the cheap as far back as april no complaints yet.

Ever seen them for less than $38? I think half the membership of CAG would start having seizures.
So if we can assume that he can't get them that cheap at retail, then what? Maybe there is a third party he is getting them from...but the cards still have to come from somewhere.
That's the part that worries me.
I am buying them at a big retail store that had them on clearance awile ago and never changed the price in there system back to full price so they have a sticker that says $49.99 and scan lower
I have the sales slip for evey one i have bought
