WTB: Ristar Genesis...

Looking for a complete copy with box and instruction manual in nice condition. I never played the game, and the reviews seem right up there for something I would like to play. I am looking for complete as I am starting a Genesis boxed complete collection, and I don't want this game to be the exception! PM if you have one!

Ristar is an awesome game. However, it's REALLY hard to find complete, especially in good condition.

There is one on ebay right now for $40 factory sealed. Check it out here. I'd buy it, but I don't have the money right now, unfortunately.

If you want something to hold you over until you get your boxed collection going, Ristar and many others are available on the Sega Genesis Collection for PS2 ($20 or less).

I'll find it eventually I'm sure. I wouldn't go for the sealed game myself, as I'd be paying out the ass because it IS sealed....and all I would do afterward is open it anyway

Over the last 4 or 5 months, I have only seen 2 copies of the game, and both were sealed. Maybe I missed some though

At a local classic game store. Sorry though cant sell it. I have seen them go on ebay sometime over 100 and they wernt even new sealed. So that a pretty good deal if there is one now. And yes it was complete like new?

Ebay is not a reliable resource for pricing. The game is only an R4, and is really not that rare. I have seen at least 6 of them in the wild last year alone, but I was not collecting the Genesis then...figures Welp, I'll just stick it out then. I'm sure it'll spring up again. I can get loose ones for under ten bucks easy...but to pay another $110 for the box is a little absurd...at least to me.

I won't pay that much for any Genesis game. I'd pay $40 for Ristar, but I don't have the money right now. I already have just the cart, and a manual, so I wouldn't need to open the box . It's one of my favourite games ever, so having a sealed one would make me very happy.

I have a complete copy if you are interested. Since it is in the stupid cardboard box, there is some wear on the box, but it is otherwise complete and in good condition. I can provide pictures if needed.
