Wouldn't a sleeve or case for credit cards or PCMCIA cards do? Or are you looking for the crystal case inserts?

i'm just looking for something that will help the hu-card from getting rubbed by the piece of plastic that holds it in place.

I keep most of my Hu-Cards in baseball card / Magic the Gathering card sleeves. Fit pretty well, and I think would protect them well enough

You need turbo grafx hu car sleeves. Your best bet is to 1. Hope someone on ebay sells a bunch in a lot. 2. Buy really cheap lots on ebay of turbo games and resell the games keeping all the sleeves for yourself. Cheap sports title lots can be found on ebay cheaply. Hell, you may even make a few bucks if you resell all the games seperatly. That's what I use to do.

or for a cheap fix you could use the picture holders from old wallets, if you have a few laying around
the ones i have are just wide enough to hide the entire contacts area of the Hu card

i like the baseball card holder idea but arent those hard, i never actually saved my baseball cards, i used them to make 6 foot card houses as a kid then drive my remote controlled car though it
i dont think ive actually seen those holders up close
