Yakuza 2 US release confirmed

Well it's about damn time, Yakuza 2 has finally been confirmed to be released. I really didn't expect this to happen, since Yakuza went almost unnoticed when it was released.

I've been wanting to try out Yakuza for a while, but I don't want to pay fifty bucks for the game. >_>

I have never played Yakuza, I need to pick up a copy soon, I can't wait to see what Yakuza 3 will look like on the PS3 as well.

thank god! For a minute there I thought I was going to be deprived of this game! The first one is excellent! Someone should bring the movie over here to on DVD! Now if only they'd finish the shenmue series!!!

Awesome, out of the games i beat this year, Yakuza was easily in the top half of the heap of games when it comes to enjoyment. I heard Yakuza 2 is supposed to be a lot better so I am esctatic to see it confirmed for US release.

Now we get to experience to 45 minute opening movie!

The first game was amazing, and I'd just about given up all hope on the sequel getting released here.

I'm actually just playing through the first one now, and for anyone that hasn't tried it yet, you need to get it NOW! The game is incredible. Can't wait now for the second one.
