Yes, the Jag also supports s-video and even RGB (not component, real RGB) output.

It does have a weird proprietary connection though so you will need an "official" cable.

B&C Computervisions sells them for $15 used, $20 new(Link). Definitely a worthwhile investment for your Jag.

Heh mine came with one, but I used RGB... Raiden was so crisp with it.
