I'm definitely interested in NBA 2K8. I hope you're not talking about NBA 08 on Playstation 3. Cause that game is joke. The player models all look like they are made out of wax, and are starting to melt. If you're talking about the PS2 version, then all is forgiven. It does appear that Live has improved dramatically over last year, but not enough to surpass NBA 2K8. Maybe next year.

^^ Have you actually even played it Anthony? I hope you're not just ridin' off gaming reviews and peer response because NBA 08 for PS3 is out of this world
I think the graphics are are better than Live 08 because there are more animations and more realism in the crowed, arenas, etc.
As far as 2K8, it's got crazy graphics but it's hard to play. PlayStation's NBA 08 is a lot easier to just jump and get a good game goin' as opposed to 2K8.

= 2k8 requires more knowledge of the actually sport itself. Live is and has been nothing but a broken game with no D, fastbreaks, Stupid AI, and crappy player models/animations for years now.

My friends and I usually sit around a bet on 2k games once a month. we all agree that Live doesn't even deserve to have a shoe contract with Spaulding.
