Definitely fake. There's an image of Yoshi and Baby Mario from from the box art for Yoshi's Island DS two minutes and 34 seconds into the video.

SMB 2 gameplay combined with Legend Of Zelda: OOT sound effects plus DS cover art, plus Sonic sound effects not to mention a bad pilfering of old Captain N animation = fake.
