Default Collection Trackers - How do you keep track of your stuff?

Currently, I'm still running the same Excel spreadsheet that I started 10 years ago when my collection was 1/10th of what it is today. What started out as a 2 column sheet (title and system), now includes columns for manufacturer, completeness, overlays?, manual?, Box?, Rarity and more. It is starting to become difficult to work with, as it contains games from almost 30 systems.

How do you keep track of your collection, as I'm looking to possibly upgrade...

    Thanks!

I know there's a few topics about this floating around, but I suck at searching

Anyways, I use collectorz.com's Game Collector.

As my collection is still small...only around 200 games it's easy to keep track of. I have them stored across just one big shelf and can tell instantly how many and which ones are missing at any time.
I list every one of those games on GameTZ.com though to keep an online record of my games. On gametz, you list game name, platform, condition, value, box, manual, and can list additional comments for each game listed.
